United Road Towing, Inc. Acknowledges Exceptional Leaders
2011 Driver and Support Person of the Year Announced and Honored
MOKENA, IL - United Road Towing (URT), the industry leader in towing, impound management, vehicle disposal, and motorist assistance solutions, continued its commitment to its highly trained professionals by announcing the 2011 driver and support person of the year.
Jerry Chapman from URT's Nashville operation, West Nashville Wrecker Service, was awarded driver of the year honors and Clarence Broadnax from URT's Chicago operation, E&R Towing was awarded the support person of the year.
Jerry Chapman has been committed to redefining the towing experience at URT since 1999. From the time he started with URT, Jerry has shown strong leadership through his positive attitude, work ethic and the pride he takes in his equipment. Jerry has dedicated himself to the towing industry for over 50 years and his commitment to service is reflected in the success of URT and West Nashville Wrecker Service.
Clarence Broadnax has been committed to redefining the towing experience at URT since 2008. Through his leadership at Chicago’s Auto Pounds, Clarence has made many improvements in operations, personnel and logistics resulting in a more efficient service. He is also recognized for being instrumental in creating a more secure environment at the pound and eliminating theft in just a few short weeks.
URT honors both the driver and support person of the year annually. They are given an all expense paid vacation with their significant other or spouse and are the guests of honor at URT's annual leadership conference.
